PATIENT NOTICE - COMING SOON TO THE PRACTICE IS......

                                                                  Systmconnect logo

We would like to inform patients that the practice is currently undergoing a change in management, together with the introduction of new clinical and administrative staff.

During this transition period, we are reviewing and improving our systems and services. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, there may be some changes to appointment availability, waiting times, and administrative processes.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our new team settles into their roles and works to enhance the service we provide.

Our staff are here to help and are doing their best to support all patients. We ask that all patients treat our team with courtesy and respect at all times. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or aggressive behaviour.

If you have any concerns or feedback, please raise them with the practice in a constructive manner so that we can address them appropriately.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
